Delegates and representatives of Banking University HCMC headed by Dr. Bui Huu Toan (Acting Rector), including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung (Vice Rector), and head of the International Training Institute and other departments, had visited and worked in the United Kingdom from 8/9/2018 to 20/9/2018.
Visit agenda includes: (i) Participating in the activities funded by of ERASMUS + JEUL project, EU at Kent Business School, University of Kent from September 8, 2018 to September 16, 2018; and (ii) Visit and work with the key partner, University of Bolton from September 17, 2018 to September 19, 2018.
Besides, the delegation attended meetings, conferences and discussions, relating to issues "Building the relationship between universities and businesses", training activities, and implementation of activities within the frame of ERASMUS + JEUL project.
Prof. Martin Meyer – Principal of Kent Business School welcomes Dr. Bui Huu Toan – Acting Rector of Banking University Hochiminh City in an activity of ERASMUS+ JEUL project.
On this visit to University of Bolton, the delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. George E. Holmes, principal and deputy chairman of University of Bolton. Having cooperated since 2005, both universities have exchanged training courses at different levels from diploma in business administration and accounting to Master degree in Business Administration.
Gift-giving between two universities signals the success of this visit and promises to boost the cooperation up to higher level.
Hopefully, with the new Board of Banking University Hochiminh City, a bright future is waiting for our school in particular and our Vietnam’s education system in general.
