Faculty of Business Administration at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City (BUH) was established on March 21, 2005, under Decision No. 341/QD-NHNN signed by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to train high-quality human resources in the field of Business Administration for financial institutions, credit - banks and production and business enterprises in society.

The Faculty of Business Administration is one of the thriving faculties of BUH, with a reputation for training and consulting for businesses in researching current management issues and markets. The market meets the development needs of enterprises and the economy. Since 2015, the Faculty has started the Master of Business Administration program. By 2021, the Doctoral Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration program has officially launched. 

During the development process, the Faculty of Business Administration has always focused on developing a team of lecturers with deep expertise to meet the requirements of teaching and scientific research activities. In 2022, the Faculty has 35 full-time lecturers and 01 officer, all with a master's degree or higher. In which, 02 lecturers are associate professors, 22 lecturers have Ph.D. degrees or higher, accounting for 63%, of which 7 are part-time lecturers in other BUH departments. Lecturers are nationally and internationally educated, with professional and practical knowledge to meet current social needs.

Faculty of Business Administration Office is located on the 2nd floor of Center Building, No. 56 Hoang Dieu 2 Street, Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
