Welcome to the Faculty of Business Administration at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City (BUH), an institution of undergraduate, postgraduate, qualified to provide learners with intensive training programs in both theory and practice in the management of organizations, business activities of enterprises, are ranked in the top faculty via the entrance requirement.
Our full-time lecturer team includes 02 Associate Professor, 22 lecturers with Ph.D. degrees, 06 Ph.D. candidates, and 05 lecturers with Master degrees; the faculty is committed to ensuring that learners acquire the necessary knowledge and apply it effectively in the global business environment.
Our circumstance is designed to equip students with basic and modern knowledge in economics, business, and management; in-depth understanding of business administration covering the entire operation and management of enterprises in the context of economic integration and digital transformation; The knowledge, tools, and skills to perform the functions of the administrator; along with the skills, qualities, and behaviors required of an entrepreneur.
The Faculty activities for students to study and career development span over 2 orientations:
- In Advanced Business Administration orientation, students will have access to subjects such as Performance Management, Corporate Financial Management, Change Management in internationalization, Customer Relationship Management, and more elective courses.
- In digital business orientation, students will have access to data governance framework, Big data analysis (Big Data), Digital Marketing (Digital Marketing), Starting a business in the digital age, Business strategy sale, and more elective courses.
Remarkably, we also have a high-quality program in Business Administration having outstanding highlights with core values such as:
- In-depth and modern professional knowledge according to international standards,
- Capacity to practice and apply digital technology,
- Soft skills and leadership capacity,
- Foreign language ability and global integration ability,
- Ability to self-study and self-research.
In which, many interesting specialized courses are taught entirely in English, such as Business Communication/Business Communications, Customer Behavior/ Consumer's Behavior, Organizational Behavior/ Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management/ Strategic Management, Human Resource Management / Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management / Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management / Customer Relationship Management, Starting a Business in the Digital Age / Entrepreneurship in the Digital era together with an intensive English program based on IELTS standards (free), soft skills training program (free), practice activities, practical learning at enterprises and conducting academic research.
After graduation, learners are eligible to work in functional departments of business organizations such as the sales department, planning department, marketing department, human resources department, assistant or secretary for managers at all levels, and specialists in functional departments. Learners can also start their own business via knowledge provided and become professional entrepreneurs in the digital era. Our team of highly qualified and experienced lecturers, combining economic, business administration, and finance experts with IT, artificial intelligence, data science...; is both experts and researchers who have substantial experience in business, operating, and consulting firms—modern, dynamic learning environment with many academic and practical activities to help students develop comprehensively.
